What we collect
When you run a pre-flight analysis, we send your project description, uploaded files, and selected options to our AI analysis engine. This data is used solely to generate your pre-flight report.
What we don't do
We do not store your uploaded plans, drawings, or project descriptions after the analysis is complete. We do not sell, share, or distribute your project data to any third party. We do not use your submissions to train AI models.
Third-party services
Analysis is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Your project data is sent to Anthropic for processing and is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
Public data sources
The zoning rules, board decisions, fee schedules, and regulatory knowledge in GeorgeSt.ai are derived from publicly available municipal records, ordinances, and meeting minutes. We cite our sources in every report.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Your project files, descriptions, and analysis results are never sent over unencrypted connections.
No persistent storage
Uploaded files are processed in memory during analysis and are not written to disk or retained after your session. There is no user account system and no project database — your analysis exists only in your browser session.
API security
API requests are routed through a secure proxy with rate limiting and request validation. API keys are never exposed to the client browser.
